Hello

CT findings suggests polyp in left maxillary sinus.Generally polyps develops due to chronic inflammation. It may be due to chronic sinusitis resulting from allergy etc.
Hypertrophied inferior turbinates and right chocha bullosa may be related to chronic allergic sinusitis.
There is also deviated nasal septum.
You may need proper treatment for chronic sinusitis.
Avulsion of polyp can be done if needed.
You may also need septoplasty(surgical correction of deviated nasal septum)with bony spur excision. This can decrease severity of illness.

Your findings need clinical evaluation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
